By accessing and using Luso8 Cloud ("the Service"), operated by Rexplore Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Luso8 Cloud is an AI-powered go-to-market platform designed to help businesses navigate and expand across Africa's continental free trade area (AfCFTA). Our services include:

• AI-powered market intelligence and insights
• Contact and lead management tools
• Campaign automation and outreach
• Voice AI agents for customer engagement
• Knowledge base and document management
• Integration with third-party services

As a user of Luso8 Cloud, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Certain features of Luso8 Cloud require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rexplore Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexplore Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
